A serene statue of Buddha in Jnana mudra, made of black granite.
Jnana means “wisdom” or “knowledge” and mudra meaning “gesture”.
Buddha is seated in padmasana on an inverted lotus pedestal, the tip of the index finger and thumb touching each other, with the three fingers extended. The right palm facing outward and the left resting on the folded legs.
