We at Solid Ventures respect and take your personal privacy very seriously. We would never, under any circumstances share or sell your Personal information with any third parties. Any Personal information collected through this site is used for the purpose of completing the transaction only. All pages of the site including the checkout section are secured using SSL (Secured Socket Layer) technology. We take security seriously and would never do anything to jeopardize your privacy and trust we have built up with our customers. 


Solid Ventures accepts Master, Visa, American Express, and local debit cards.  Interac e-transfers, Western Union, cash, Paypal and bank wires are also accepted. Payments must first clear before the shipment starts.


All orders before 12 NOON, Eastern Standard Time Canada, Monday through Friday will be shipped within 48 hours of the order. Solid Ventures Inc. uses Canada Post to ship products weighing up to 30 kilograms when fully packed. Larger statues/products that may need a crate or extra packaging to ensure their safely, an assortment of freight companies including UPS Freight LTL, ABF Freight Systems, YRC Freight, etc. may be used. No shipment is done on weekends.

Due to the nature of the products all sales are final and Solid Ventures will NOT accept returns on any purchases or make any exchanges.

Shipping charges are refunded on returns that are the fault of Solid Ventures, or if there is the unlikely event of damage during shipping. Solid Ventures does not refund either the cost of the product(s) or shipping charges if the customer simply does not like the statue/product.

The return fee and shipping charges are waived if the fault is with Solid Ventures or the shipping company. Goods damaged during shipping must be sent back to the following address

Please contact us at +1 226-799-2234 or before returning the statue/product.  Only after the return is received and the statue/product is inspected will the refund be issued.;

For all statues/products being returned by freight the customer is responsible for packing the statue/product in a crate.
